Unexpectedly, he discovers in Yilak a teacher who does not close the door to anyone, who speaks to whoever wants to listen to him, and who seeks to find the truth, awaken the conscience, and see the invisible until exposing the farce and the game of the powerful. This becomes such a lesson for Philippus that he will have to decide between staying true to the regime he has served or becoming a traitor with principles. The book includes full-color illustrations by the author himself in each chapter.
